I consider myself a little bit of both. I like to exercise, but I find nothing wrong with relaxing for a day. Exercising generally makes me feel good about myself, and I really enjoy going to the gym. I have a bad habit with junk food though, I like to graze. It’s not too good for me, but I’m working on it. I recently started drinking nothing but water and it’s really helped...
